Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Warehouse Operator/Forklift Operator to maximize product loading accuracy and efficiency on second-shift schedules. The role uses EWM and SAP to track inventory and maintain quality across the distribution center.

The position emphasizes safe forklift operation, adherence to safety standards, and strong teamwork to meet performance targets and support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience using warehouse equipment preferred (e.g., forklift).
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) during order selecting and loading.
• Accurately load finished products onto delivery trucks and maintain quality inspection forms.
• Prepare documentation to ensure highest quality finished products for customers.
• Maintain performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve DC operations.
• Identify and address waste and assist with continuous improvement plans.
• Learn inventory systems (EWM, SAP) and apply them in daily tasks.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to maintain product flow and prevent disruptions.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep workspace clean and inspection-ready.
