CJ Logistics America is hiring Forklift Operators to join our Arlington warehouse team. You will safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and pick products, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments. Training is provided to support your success and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs safely.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification preferred.
• A true team player who works toward common goals.
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
• Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Perform manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits and correct label/count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the right bays and support warehouse flow.
