What We Need:

We need a Forklift Operator responsible for operating and maneuvering forklifts throughout our facilities.

What You Will Do:

1. Operate a forklift, hand truck or stand up lift
2. Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
3. Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
4. Perform cycle counts as required
5. Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped
6. Unload inbound material, inspect for damage and compare to packing lists
7. Label and stage material for QA sampling and storage put away
8. Inspect and perform forklift checklist for required equipment
9. Help identify safety hazards in the workplace
10. Consolidate partial pallets for incoming finished goods

What You Need:

1. High School Diploma/GED
2. 2-year minimum experience operating a sit-down forklift
3. Forklift certified or ability to become forklift certified by Chelten House
4. Safely operate a forklift in shared forklift-pedestrian work areas
5. Basic math skills
6. Good written and oral communication skills
7. Demonstrate ability to complete neat and accurate paperwork
8. Ability to lift up to 50lbs (anything above 50lbs requires team lift and/or use of equipment)
9. Effective communication in English both verbally and in writing
