Job summary

Henkel is seeking a forklift operator for our Adhesive Technologies site in Missouri. The role supports production by moving materials, tracking inventory with SAP, and promptly supplying equipment and parts to keep machinery running.

What You'll Do
  • Operates forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts and finished goods
  • Utilize digital tools to verify accurate record keeping
  • Support internal customers by providing supplies and materials to maintain machine up time

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.51. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
