Job summary

CJ Logistics in Northampton County is hiring Forklift Operators to efficiently support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include safely maneuvering forklifts, loading and unloading products, and maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of experience and the physical ability to lift 60 lbs.

Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $0.50 shift differential.

This position is eligible for a bi-weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.

Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.
