About the Role

As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to ensure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored, making a tangible impact on the supply chain and helping deliver excellence worldwide.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $20.28 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift differential
• Eligible for a bi‑weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay
• Schedule: 2nd shift Monday‑Friday 3:00 PM‑11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand‑up or sit‑down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets efficiently
• Perform manual case picking when directed
• Prep products for shipping with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep the warehouse moving
• Handle other duties as assigned within your training and expertise

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification is a plus
