What You Will Learn

Responsible for the accurate movement of products via PIT (Powered Industrial Truck), supporting receiving, storing, and shipping operations, while meeting company standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Must be certified on all PIT and other material handling equipment and available to work scheduled hours to meet customer demands.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload product efficiently and safely, making system transactions and tracking paperwork. Transport product to storage, stack and store, replenish timely, utilize RF scanners and WMS, inspect equipment, and follow safety standards.
• Prepare product for shipment, including labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and other tasks.
• Promote a safe environment by following safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Check product for accuracy and damage, communicate discrepancies, assist in inventories, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and secure work area.

Required Competencies

• Responsibility, willingness to learn, teamwork, positive attitude, adaptability, communication skills, conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of Distribution/Warehouse experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in written English, 1+ years warehouse experience, forklift operation, SAP knowledge.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, climb, twist.
