Job summary

Prysmian Group in Rhode Island is seeking warehouse professionals to operate sit-down forklifts and support material handling across production and shipping areas.

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd; 2nd 3 PM–11 PM, 3rd 11 PM–7 AM; pay $24.25 per hour. Benefits include 6% 401K, medical, dental, and vision, 12 paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience and forklift experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand English; basic math and computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory.
• Load and unload trucks; verify quantities and maintain accurate inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support shipping, receiving, and production teams.

Shifts: Monday through Friday.

2nd Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM. $24.25.

3rd Shift: 11 pm to 7 am. $24.25.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to safely move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying material quantities and maintaining accurate inventory movement.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing experience, strongly preferred.
• Warehouse and Forklift experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Proficient in basic math and computer knowledge.
• Strong team player.
