Job summary

Voltava is seeking team-oriented individuals for production and material-handling roles in Roanoke, Indiana. The position focuses on forklift operations, moving materials to assembly lines, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates must complete forklift certification tests at interview, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and endure long standing or sitting periods. We offer structured progression and mandatory safety compliance throughout employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift and plus overtime as needed.
• Forklift license/Certification required or obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks per procedures.
• Ensure materials are available to assembly lines in a timely manner.
• Perform pre- and post-shift checks on mobile equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean workplace in compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Support cross-training and job rotation across the team.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision per production schedules.
