Grüns is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our Roanoke facility and help move materials, load shipments, and support daily production. You will operate forklifts safely, load and unload trucks, and maintain organization while adhering to safety guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or production setting, with forklift certification preferred. The position offers on-site work and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production setting.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and care.
