The role is hybrid, involving order pulling and truck loading, with Monday–Friday evening to early morning shifts and occasional shift changes to support production.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Must obtain certification to operate motorized material handling and rigging equipment.
• Clear oral and written communication skills; legible handwriting.
• Adequate manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Basic measurement and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to make sound decisions using knowledge, experience and judgement.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage industrial forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries.
• Obtain copies of production schedules or shipping documents.
• Move goods packed on pallets around the storage facility.
• Check loads are secure.
• Stack empty pallets.
• Perform daily equipment checks.
• Use scanner to locate material.
• Adhere to all safety rules/standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Comply with applicable safety and quality standards.
