ID Logistics US in Joliet, IL is hiring General Forklift Operators for a job fair on August 25, 2026. Walk-ins welcome with on-the-spot interviews and same-day offers. First shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM; second 3:00 PM–11:30 PM; third ... overtime may be required. Starting rate $21.00/hour plus $1.00 second shift differential and $2.50 third shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Ability to work assigned shift(s) and overtime as needed
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. PPE) per safety policies.
