Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 1st Shift (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed). Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

You will operate equipment to move finished products, supply materials, stage shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy while following safety policies. The role includes housekeeping duties, occasional battery service, and adherence to all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven forklift operation skills and awareness of load dimensions.
• Ability to identify doorway/aisle clearances for safe movement.
• Knowledge of storage area layout to place items without detailed instructions.
• Experience moving and stacking loads in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stages product for movement or shipment.
• Maintains inventory of items by type, amount, and location.
• Performs routine inspections and reports maintenance needs.
