Job summary

RRD is seeking a forklift/operator to support the 3rd shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) in Wisconsin. This role involves rotating 3 days one week and 4 days the next, with alternating weekend work.

Compensation starts at $16.50–$18.00 per hour, plus a $3 per hour 3rd shift premium. Responsibilities include moving products, supplying materials, staging shipments, inventory tracking, and performing routine safety checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklift safely and accurately, including load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stages product to be moved or shipped.
• Racks unused supplies and maintains an inventory of type, amount and location of items.
• Transports and process manufacturing paper by-products.
• Maintains clean work area and adheres to safety policies.
