Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Mon–Fri; some weekends and overtime). Pay ranges from $16.50/hr to $18.00/hr.

You will operate forklift equipment to move finished goods, supply the manufacturing area, and stage products for shipment while maintaining inventory and adhering to safety policies. The role includes daily housekeeping, routine inspections, and potential battery or LP/Propane duties as needed, with overtime opportunities based

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift and moving materials safely.
• Ability to judge load dimensions and balance.
• Knowledge of storage layouts and aisle clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to move finished product for shipping or storage.
• Supplies Manufacturing Department with materials as needed.
• Stages product to be moved or shipped.
• Racks unused supplies and maintains an inventory of items.
• Transports and processes manufacturing by-products.
• Performs housekeeping and safety tasks as required.
• Inspects hoist and reports maintenance needs.
• May handle battery service and propane as needed.
