Job summary

Ingram Content Group in Jackson, TN is seeking team members for our warehouse Operations, where safety, efficiency, and accuracy drive everything we do. This role involves operating motorized equipment, using an RF scanner, and moving product through our distribution network.

You must have at least 6 months of continuous work experience and a valid driver's license. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with opportunities for overtime as needed.

What You Need

• 6 months continuous work experiencerequired

What You’ll Do:

• Operate motorized equipment and usea radio frequency scanner

Ability to transfer between all Jackson, TN locations as needed

Must have reliable transportation

Ability to load transportation trailers

• Ability to conduct tasks with minimal supervision
• Signout motorized equipment after completing a daily safety checklist.
• Reportany unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Physically stackproduct onand off of pallets.
• Utilize physical skills and reading, writing, and math skills to meet and maintain designated production standards and complete necessary paperwork.
• Physical activities in the job will include lifting up to 70lbs, bending, reaching, constant standing, walking and pushing..
• Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to pass physical examination that includes testing for satisfactory vision (distance, peripheral, and depth perception) and hearing for safe operation of motorized equipment
• Ability to escape up to 25 feet in height on equipment
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift
• Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends
• Exposure to wide range of temperatures
• Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to work independently or in a group environment
• Ability to be flexible/ multi-task based on workflow demands
• Ability to meet and maintain production standards
• Ability to maintain reasonably reliable attendance
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work
• Retrieves and Preps product for shipping
• Process special work order requests for clients and customer orders requiring special handling
• Maintain accuracy in PKMS for unique inventory transactions
• Process requests to destroy product and adjust inventory accordingly
