Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator in DeKalb, IL to join a fast-paced warehouse team. The role offers a stable, full-time schedule with Monday through Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and a temp-to-hire path.

You will operate electric sit-down forklifts, load and unload trailers, verify paperwork, and help keep shipments moving safely. Prior forklift experience, steel-toe shoes, and basic RF/WMS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous electric sit-down forklift experience.
• Understanding of trailer loading and cube utilization.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
