Job summary

Custom Building Products in Logan Township, NJ is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. You will ship/receive products, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with Production and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires proficiency with forklifts and walkie riders, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to undergo a driving test at interview.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Proficient operation of forklift and walkie rider; driving test will be given at interview.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR to join our Logan Township, NJ plant. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed. We offer competitive benefits and salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days.You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by shipping and/or receiving products timely and accurately. You will also work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. Our Forklift Operators are not sitting on a lift throughout the shift - There is frequent movement which includes lifting. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance in your career with Custom Building Products.
