Job summary

Custom Building Products in Frankfort, IN is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for the 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime as needed. You’ll ship/receive materials and move goods using a sit-down forklift to keep production flowing accurately and on schedule.

Work will involve coordinating with Production and Maintenance in a team setting, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced FORKLIFT OPERATOR to join our Frankfort, IN plant. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed. We offer competitive benefits and salary, plus up to $1.00/hr increase after 90 days. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction by shipping and/or receiving products timely and accurately. You will also work closely with all departments in the facility, including Production, Maintenance, and more. Our Forklift Operators are not sitting on a lift throughout the shift - There is frequent movement which includes lifting. You will work in a team environment with an opportunity to advance in your career with Custom Building Products.
