Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking a Forklift Driver at our Texas Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth. This full-time role requires loading/unloading, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards. Shift flexibility includes day and night, with 12-hour schedules.

Competitive benefits and a cell phone stipend accompany a 24/hr base rate. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing/warehouse, forklift certification, and OSHA-compliant training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Pass forklift training/evaluation per OSHA standards.
• Ability to safely operate sit-down forklift.
• Ability to navigate within a WMS system.
• Understand forklift operations (electrical or propane).
• Able to operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trucks safely and timely.
• Plan supplies by production schedule.
• Secure pallets and move materials to production areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in production area.
• Document movements of supplies and finished goods.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts.
• Communicate with leadership and support special projects.
