DrinkPAK, LLC is seeking a Forklift Driver for the night shift at our Fort Worth, TX facility. The role involves loading/unloading trucks, managing inventory, and operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing/warehouse, forklift certification, and OSHA-compliant training. Competitive benefits accompany a 12-hour night schedule (5:00 PM–5:00 AM).

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Forklift Certification required.
• Must pass a company-administered forklift training and evaluation in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Proven ability to safely operate a sit-down motorized forklift.
• Ability to navigate within a WMS system.
• Must have a full understanding of forklift operations (electrical or propane).
• Ability to operate or learn to operate: Sit-down and stand-up forklifts, Double Wide, Pallet jacks, Reach trucks.
• Knowledge of loading/unloading, staging, and inventory rotation (FIFO/FEFO) preferred.
• Ability to complete basic paperwork or use handheld scanners/inventory systems.
• Basic math and reading skills to follow instructions and count products.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Responsabilidades

• Unloads and loads trucks in a safe and timely manner to serve our customers.
• Plans supply and material requirements by studying production schedule and deliveries.
• Retrieves supplies and materials; secures pallets on truck; moves pallets to production location.
• Maintains inventory in production area by anticipating and tracking usage.
• Monitors inventory by reporting discrepancies.
• Clears production area by securing and moving finished pallets and moving empty pallets.
• Documents actions by logging movements of supplies, materials, and finished goods.
• Maintains safe work environment by watching pedestrian traffic and following safety rules.
• Keeps forklift operating by following operating instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Interacts with leadership and supports teamwork across levels.
• Accomplishes special projects and other duties as required by management.
• Complies with GMPs and DrinkPAK policies and procedures.
• Maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
