PBNA $20.65 / hour

This role involves unloading transport trucks delivering finished products to the warehouse and storing them in designated areas. It also includes loading empty pallets and plastic storage flats for return trips, positioning pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks, and housekeeping duties such as recycling, cleaning, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Candidates must pass a Forklift Driving Skills test.

The position requires lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, along with carrying, reaching, bending, climbing, walking, and standing to move products within the warehouse. Periodic weekend and holiday work may be required.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
2. Receive, store, and organize incoming items according to warehouse standards.
3. Maintain a clean and safe storage environment.
4. Reload trucks promptly and safely.
5. Manage returned partial cases of products.
6. Keep records of daily pre-trip inspections.
7. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, audit, and food safety standards.
8. Work with production equipment and technologies as needed.
9. Meet performance and productivity standards.
10. Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years or older; 21 if a valid U.S. CDL is required.
• Ability to pass a physical capabilities test and Forklift Driving Skills test.
• Valid U.S. CDL license if applicable.
• Pass DOT physical and road test if applicable.

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Experience driving forklifts and operating related equipment.
• Experience with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and operational procedures.
