Job summary

RSI Group (SmartCap) is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our production team in the United States. This role safely operates sit-down forklifts and other powered equipment to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility, supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

You will perform daily equipment inspections, maintain a clean work area, follow OSHA guidelines, and communicate shortages or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification or license.
• Proven experience as a forklift operator (1+ years).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
• Move, stage, load, unload, stack, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

This position is responsible for safely operating industrial forklifts and other powered equipment to move, organize, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
