Responsibilities include:

• Loading, unloading, moving, stacking, and staging products and materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered industrial equipment.
• Using handheld scanners for picking, receiving, put-away, and loading functions.
• Maintaining neat, clean, and organized equipment, materials, and work areas.
• Performing daily inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and related equipment.
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently following established work methods.

Essential Functions:

• Safe Material Handling: Unload/load products with proper safety techniques; segregate, label, check, and stage inbound/outbound products correctly.
• Documentation & Data: Complete load paperwork; enter accurate data in handheld devices.
• Housekeeping & Support: Maintain good housekeeping; assist with physical or cycle counts.
• Quality & Reporting: Identify damages or quality issues; report overages/shortages; execute tasks accurately, timely, and safely.
• Team Collaboration: Follow work instructions; support additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift and warehouse experience.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Respectful, considerate team player.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry on handheld devices).
• Good math, reading, and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Operate and sit on powered industrial trucks regularly.
• Frequently lift up to 55 lbs; perform bending, stooping, standing, walking, turning, and pivoting.
• Climb on/off equipment repeatedly.
• Tolerate varying temperatures in seasonal warehouse conditions.
