Primary Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment to move products safely and efficiently, once certified.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report issues.
• Pick and pack inventory for shipment according to customer orders; stage inventory; load trailers.
• Unload trailers; verify product accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS.
• Receive returned products; verify warranty status; update WMS; prepare for disposal or stock return.
• Train other employees; maintain a clean and safe workspace; perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.

Basic Expectations

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate industrial trucks safely.
• Maintain a valid forklift license.
• Learn manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to company policies and training.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment; report unsafe conditions.
• Complete records and reports accurately and timely.
