Job summary

Techo-Bloc in Turlock, CA is seeking a forklift operator to join a collaborative team. You will load and unload vehicles, move products safely, and ensure quality during handling, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role requires 1+ year of forklift experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and adherence to PPE and safety standards. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sit-down forklift operator experience or related work.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and safety practices.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift to load/unload products from vehicles and store finished goods.
• Receive and inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Bring consumables to production areas as needed.
• Maintain equipment and clean at shift end.
• Collaborate with yard supervisor to address discrepancies and issues.
• Wear PPE per training guidelines.
• Assist teammates with additional duties as required.

Job Description

Pay $23.19/hr

Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Turlock, CA

Forklift Operator will work in collaboration with other forklift operators, truck drivers, and general laborers in order to achieve performance goals. This individual will work in a team to load and unload vehicles, while safely utilizing forklifts to complete tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift to load and unload products from commercial vehicles and put away finished goods.
• Receive and physically inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Bring consumables to the production areas as needed
• Always maintain equipment in an operating function and cleaned at the end of each shift.
• Partners with the yard supervisor to handle discrepancies, malfunctions, and potential issues.
• Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Collaboratively works with team to take on additional duties as needed
