The opportunity:

Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility. Focusing on our customers’ success will provide opportunities for your career development and growth in manufacturing.

• Starting pay rate of $20.65
• Schedule: M-F (7am-3pm)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all units are banded properly, have a clearly visible load tag, and no broken or missing straps.
• Perform visual quality inspections on finished products, verify unit and truck counts, and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Process inventory control and cycle counts using RF scanners and internal systems.
• Unload received materials, inspect quality, and verify delivery counts.

• Inspect forklifts daily at shift start, ensuring safety features are operational, and complete inspection checklists.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials, preventing damage.
• Load and unload trucks; warehouse products and materials.
• Use RF scanners for receipts, issues, returns, and barcode locations.
• Verify counts, quantities, and descriptions of products and materials.
• Service production lines by delivering products and components as needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely related to product and material movements.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and loading docks.
• Perform regular inventory and cycle counts.
• Change forklift propane tanks and batteries safely when needed.
• Assist other departments as required.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Work safely and efficiently following company policies.
• Overtime may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
