Job summary

Staffmark in Dayton, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Associate at $21.00 per hour with a Mon–Fri schedule 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Join a team moving materials safely and efficiently, using forklifts and RF scanners to support warehouse operations and production.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Experience with receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, store, and transport materials safely.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and receiving docs.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Put away materials and replenish stock as needed.
• Pick, stage, and move products for warehouse and production support.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory movements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
