What You'll Do

As a Forklift & Loader Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving safely and efficiently by:

• Operating forklifts and loaders to move materials and finished products
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility
• Removing and staging product from production lines
• Performing general material handling duties
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
• Working both indoors and outdoors depending on operational needs

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Previous forklift operating experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Preferred:

• Loader or heavy equipment operating experience
• Material handling experience
• Experience with batch plants, mixing operations, or similar production equipment

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role at an outdoor production facility. Conditions can vary with the seasons, including:

• Warm summer temperatures
• Cooler winter conditions
• Dusty environments during dry weather
• Outdoor work in rain, wind, and changing conditions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
