Position Purpose: The primary responsibility is moving completed pallets from the lines, shrink wrapping them, and loading onto trucks. Additional duties include moving pallets from staging and triple stacking in freezers. The role involves assisting management with administrative functions and ensuring safety and product flow during operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely to move pallets from production lines.
• Operate shrink wrap machines and load/unload trucks with proper documentation.
• Perform accurate inventory counts in freezers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and dock areas.
• Assist in training new forklift operators if applicable.
• Promote safety culture and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in cold environments (15-60°F).

Skills & Abilities: Attention to safety, quick reflexes, good coordination, ability to work alertly and efficiently, and adapt to changing conditions.
