ManpowerGroup seeks a Forklift Operator for a Pelham, AL facility to support production and warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts, load/unload materials, and move products to storage locations while maintaining accurate inventories and a clean workspace.

The role requires safety-conscious individuals who can follow procedures and OSHA rules in a fast-paced setting. Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM shifts, with opportunities to contribute to overall material handling and documentation

Formación

• Experience operating a forklift or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong safety awareness and the ability to follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory movements and proper material tracking documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Willingness to assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Our client, a wood products manufacturing facility is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the production and warehouse operations supporting day-to-day material flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and the focus to keep inventory and documentation accurate—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to support production and warehouse needs.
