Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks a Forklift Operator for a Pelham, AL facility to support production and warehouse operations. You will operate forklifts, load/unload materials, and move products to storage locations while maintaining accurate inventories and a clean workspace.

The role requires safety-conscious individuals who can follow procedures and OSHA rules in a fast-paced setting. Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM shifts, with opportunities to contribute to overall material handling and documentation

Qualifications

Experience operating a forklift or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Strong safety awareness and the ability to follow company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory movements and proper material tracking documentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Willingness to assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to support production and warehouse needs.
Load, unload, transport, and stage wood products and raw materials as required to keep operations moving.
Move finished products from production areas to designated storage locations to maintain an organized workflow.
Perform routine forklift inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Complete inventory movements and material tracking documentation accurately, while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
