Job summary

You will operate a fork truck, clamp truck, and/or bobcat, publish bale movements in the computer system, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting production and quality goals.

This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient raw material preparation for the manufacturing of recycled paper. Contact us today to learn more.The position will unload trucks, inspects incoming material, stock material, and load conveyor in accordance with company specification. Track incoming inventory using a computer.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRepetitively unload trucks in accordance with established company standards.Operate fork truck in accordance with standards and expectation presented in training. Enter all bale movements in current computer/trucking system. Publish inventory numbers.Inspect all bales that are unloaded off the trailers and when loading the conveyor. Use good mix of bales when loading conveyor.Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals. Cut beater stock with roll splitter or saw.Clean and maintain loading area, keep work area clean throughout the shift.Conduct a maintenance and safety check for fork truck at beginning and end of each assigned shift.Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures.Special projects and assignments as business dictates.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesSKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the US.Good computer skills, ability to track inventory in a computer.Able to communicate with all team members and adhere to safety and adhere to safety regulations.
