Job summary

ttg Talent Solutions, Inc. seeks a Forklift Operator in Medley, FL (On-site) to support daily warehouse operations. You will handle order picking, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced distribution center with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift.

This full-time, temp-to-perm role offers $17.00/hour pay, with opportunities to advance as the team maintains high accuracy and safety standards in a global technology distributor’s warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment.
• Experience in order picking and/or inventory control.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Electric Pallet Jack.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Select products based on order requirements while ensuring accuracy.
• Perform inventory counts, stock verification, and inventory organization.
• Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, and/or Electric Pallet Jack, when qualified.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity goals.

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations through order picking, inventory control, and material handling while ensuring accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.
