Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exposure to concrete dust and wearing PPE is common in daily tasks.
  • Ability to meet production goals with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Understand urgency in manufacturing and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety policies and wear PPE at all times.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Load and unload finished materials on trucks and set up kilns.

What You'll Do
  • Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
  • Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
  • Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks.
What You'll Need
  • Exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
  • Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel‑toe boots.
  • Time management skills; must understand the urgency of manufacturing.
  • Work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.
Your Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
