Job summary

Commercial Metals in Fort Myers is seeking a production teammate to support kilns, forms, and material handling. You will follow safety policies, operate hand and power tools, and help move finished products to trucks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires alertness to concrete dust, PPE usage, and teamwork with supervisors to meet daily production goals. On-the-job training is provided to develop skilled trade capabilities.

Qualifications

• Exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
• Time management; understands urgency of manufacturing.
• Ability to work with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
