Job summary

Staffmark in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. You will safely operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload, transport, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse or forklift training is beneficial.

• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Forklift Operator helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by safely moving products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires equipment operation skills, organizational ability, and safe work habits.

The Forklift Operator combines forklift operation with inventory awareness and warehouse procedures to help ensure products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout daily operations.
