Job summary

Atterro is seeking a Forklift Operator to join the Troy-area distribution team. You will operate sit-down forklifts, move pallets, load and unload shipments, and help maintain accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse.

This role emphasizes safety, attendance, and adherence to warehouse procedures. Training provided; opportunities for advancement; competitive pay rate of $17.00–$20.31 per hour across multiple Ohio locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; forklift training beneficial.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift and move pallets as required.
• Load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials in the warehouse.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and maintain a safe work area.
• Support shipping/receiving, verify product movement, and maintain inventory accuracy.

• 1st Shift | 7 AM – 3 PM OR 8 AM – 5 PM

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations.
