Job summary

Staffmark in Lebanon, TN is hiring a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. You will safely operate a sit-down forklift to load/unload, transport, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior warehouse or forklift training is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to read shipping documents and identify storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to safety.
• Must pass a sit-down forklift assessment at the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products using a sit-down forklift.
• Keep production equipment supplied with materials as needed.
• Transport, stack, and organize inventory throughout the facility.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Perform equipment inspections before use.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
