Position: First (1st) Shift Forklift Operator

Shift: 3:30am – 2:00pm, Friday-Monday and Thursday-Sunday

Pay: $22.75 per hour

Additional Incentives: Full-time employees are eligible for monthly performance and safety bonuses!

Responsibilities:

1. Operate forklifts and perform material handling, loose case picking, and loading/unloading duties (30-90% depending on peak times).
2. Move stock within the warehouse, load and unload shipments, and ensure accuracy and safety standards.
3. Maintain equipment and keep accurate records for inventory.
4. Assist in physical inventories and perform daily equipment inspections.

Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification or completion of a forklift training program within 30 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months warehouse and forklift operation experience preferred.
