This warehouse associate role involves assisting in the warehouse with crating, pulling products, forklift operation, and unloading trucks. The associate ensures accurate order fulfillment for customer satisfaction, visually inspects cartons for structural integrity, repairs, and re-boxes as needed, and maintains inventory control through proper product placement. Safety and quality are prioritized, with responsibilities including safe operation of motorized equipment, warehouse maintenance, and participating in safety programs.

Qualifications include:

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Six months of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Understanding of distribution processes, manual dexterity, ability to lift up to 86 lbs repeatedly, and proficiency with hand and electrical tools.
• Must possess a Company motorized equipment license and adhere to safety standards.
