Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a dependable forklift operator to safely move pallets in our facilities, with work in cold and dry storage environments following safety standards. You will record item weights using RF systems and assist drivers during loading and unloading.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills necessary for counts and weights.
• Ability to understand instructions in English as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Must be able to lift minimum 40 lbs (18 kg) and work in various storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Position forks, lifting devices under, over, or around pallets and load/unload to designated areas.
• Record weight, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Lead safety inspections on chalking and glad-handle processes.
• Communicate with semi-truck drivers to ensure safety.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain charging station.
