Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a 2nd shift forklift associate to move products and materials in a cold storage or dry storage environment. You will operate a stand-up reach forklift, stock racks up to above floor height, and prepare items for outbound shipment.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and adherence to safety policies. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be comfortable in temperatures ranging from -20F to 100F, wearing freezer gear and PPE as

• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kgs).
• Comfortable working in cold or hot storage environments.
• Able to work a flexible shift including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into high racks.
• Pick palletized units from above-floor-height racks for outbound shipment.
• Record materials and weights using RF system.
• Load/unload materials on pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance/checks and monitor battery charging.
• Work with other machinery and maintain safety standards.
