Job summary

NRI is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Henderson, NV facility to assist in order picking, replenishment, and related warehouse duties. You’ll work with a variety of equipment and support teams to meet daily goals.

The role requires forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shifts run Saturday to Wednesday with a base pay of $19.50/hr plus shift differential; safety is emphasized in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to read/ comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs and security protocol.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Weekends: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) @ 21.50/hr

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
• Must be able to read/ comprehend English

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
