Job summary

NRI Distribution in Los Angeles is seeking an Equipment Operator to support order picking, let downs, replenishment, and cross‑department teamwork to hit daily goals.

You will operate forklifts and motorized warehouse equipment, uphold safety and accuracy, and adapt to changing priorities while following SOPs and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Has forklift experience (3+ months) in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to learn and use a basic warehouse management system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and order/cherry picker and other motorized warehouse machinery.
• Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning and cycle counting.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and security procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and safe at all times.

As anEquipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team byassisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Tuesday - Saturday 5:00 am to 1:30 pm

Starting Pay:

$23.00 per hour

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn ourbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forkliftexperience on an order/cherry picker
• This position requires a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle countingalong with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
