Job summary

NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is seeking an Equipment Operator to support order picking, replenishment, and general warehouse duties. You will operate forklifts and related equipment, scan inventory, and assist other departments to meet goals.

The role requires 3+ months forklift experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and English reading comprehension. Starting pay is $19.50/hr with shift differential; schedule Sat-Wed evenings to nights.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, and work in dusty/noisy environments
• Must read/comprehend English

• Operate forklifts and related warehouse machinery (order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks)
• Receive, replenish, ship, scan, and conduct cycle counts
• Adhere to NRI safety rules, procedures, and SOPs

A Day in the Life

As anEquipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team byassisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The Following Schedule Is Available For This Role

Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Weekends: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) @ 21.50/hr

Starting Pay:

$19.50 + Shift differential

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
• Must be able to read/comprehend English

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
