Job summary

NRI Distribution in Henderson, NV is seeking an Equipment Operator to support order picking, letdowns, replenishment and cross‑department collaboration. The role requires safe operation of forklifts and related equipment to keep inventory moving and accuracy high.

You will work with products for active lifestyle brands, learning our warehouse systems and following SOPs to meet daily goals. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Read and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse equipment including forklifts, order picker, reach truck and pallet jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishment, shipping, scanning and cycle counting.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and security protocols.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe at all times.
• Support others and participate in staff programs as applicable.

As anEquipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishmentand supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with productsfrom awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

AM M-F(6:30am-3pm) = $19.50 /hr

PM M-F (3:30pm-12am) = $20.50/hr

GR M-F (1am-9:30am)= $20.50/hr

PM Sat-Wed (3:30pm-12:00am) = $21.50/hr

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
• Must be able to read/ comprehend English

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker , reach truck , electric pallet-jacks .
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting along with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
