Job summary

Aerotek in Hanover, PA is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production with a 5pm–5am 4x4 schedule. Training begins on the first shift for two weeks, and you will move materials to the production floor and bring finished goods back to the warehouse for shipment.

You will operate a double fork forklift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends with overtime as needed in a plant environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift driving experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Qualified in visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely.
• Ability to work any shift, including weekends, with mandatory overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and quality maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Familiar with quality standards and line processes.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HANOVER, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
