Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move glass materials within our warehouse and production areas. The role demands stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, Monday through Friday from 7pm to 6am, with 8–10 hour days and OT as needed. Weekly pay Fridays, benefits starting day one, and opportunities for monthly and quarterly

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted and 150 lbs with a two-person lift.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a non climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnaces, rolling racks, and trucks for 8+ hours daily.
• Transport materials within the warehouse to other positions.
• Ensure correct labeling on products.
• Inspect items for quality before shipment.
• Operate equipment or manually maneuver as required.

Forklift Operator

Location: Lithia Springs, GA

Position Summary
The Production Associate is responsible for safely handling, inspecting, labeling, and transporting glass materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location in the warehouse to another
• Responsible for correct labeling on products
• Quality inspection on items and materials
• Operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a production environment (glass industry preferred, but not required)
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and understand basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• Ability to work in all areas of production
• Ability to lift 75lbs unassisted
• Ability to lift 150lbs in a team two-person lift
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
