Job summary

CMC is seeking motivated team members to support our reinforcement and steel products operations. You may spend your day in an office cubicle, operating manufacturing equipment, or assisting on the loading docks, with training and support to help you excel.

This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting production goals. You will follow all safety policies, wear PPE, manage time effectively, and contribute to a high-quality result in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Exposed to high levels of concrete dust.
• Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots.
• Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
• Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety.
• Operate hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Work in kilns, set up forms, and/or load and unload finished materials on trucks
